PAYMENT TERMS
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. International customers must pay any customs charges, VAT, taxes, or other costs in addition to shipping and handling charges.
PRICES
Unless otherwise specified, all prices are in US Dollars. NOTE: Occasionally there may be information on the Hi-Five Custom Products website or literature containing typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availablity. We reserve the right to correct any errors and change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
TAXES
California State Sales Tax will be added to orders being shipped within California.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Freight is F.O.B Oakdale, CA
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Damage occurring in transit must be reported to the carried. All responsibility for damage or shortages after leaving our warehouse lies with the carrier and not Hi-Five Custom Products. We will assist when necessary.
RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may be returned for full credit up to 30 days from date of purchase. Returned merchandise for any reason other than warranty claims after 30 days, must be in saleable or unused condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of full or partial credit. Freight/Shipping/Handling are non-refundable. Refund/Credit/Exchange will not be issued until return item is received, processed and approved by Hi-Five Custom Products.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Contact Hi-Five Custom Products at (209) 848-4656 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please have Invoice Number, Part number (s) and reason for return available when you call.
A Return Authorization Number will be issued to you and will remain active and valid for 30 days.
Package your return item carefully. Include a copy of the Original Invoice with the Return Authorization Number. Ship package freight prepaid. Freight/Shipping is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES OF ORDER
Any changes or cancellations of order can be made until the order has been processed and shipped. If processed and shipped, see above Return Policy. Contact Hi-Five Custom Products for cancellation or changes of order.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Hi-Five Custom Products warrants that any products sold by us will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of purchase by the consumer except for the following conditions:
1. The product must be properly installed as per installation instructions, maintained and operated under normal conditions.
2. Hi-Five Custom Products are intended for use in specific applications. Hi-Five Custom Products makes no warranty if its product is used in applications other than intended.
3. Hi-Five Custom Products shall have no obligation in the event the customer is unable to provide a receipt showing the date the customer purchased the product (s).
4. Hi-Five Custom Products makes no warranty of any kind in regard to other manufacturer's products distributed by Hi-Five Custom Products. Hi Five Custom Products will attempt to assist the customer in such a case, but ultimately, responsibility for disposition of the warranty claim lies with the manufacturer.
WAIVER AND MODIFICATION
No waiver or modification of any kind to Hi-Five Custom Products terms and conditions shall be effective unless such waiver or modification is in writing and signed by an authorized representative at the office of Hi-Five Custom Products in Oakdale, CA.
DISCLAIMER
Hi-Five Custom Products is in no way, shape or form connected with Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Any products with a trademark, name, word, O.E.M. number used in our website or literature is strictly intended to be used solely as a reference only to usage to that particular part. None of the parts and accessories are D.O.T. approved. All our parts are for custom applications.
INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Hi-Five Custom Products harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the website.
CHOICES OF LAW
Any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with a purchase of Hi-Five Custom Products equipment shall be subject to the Laws and Jurisdiction of The State of California..
